Virtual Backgrounds

Using your Harvard e-mail and key, all students, faculty, and staff have access to ZOOM. Here's a primer on how to set up your account and use Zoom. You can showcase your connection to HGSE by choosing a virtual background that can help personalize your online classes and meetings.

This tool has been created to help you generate a Zoom virtual background approved for use in HGSE specific settings. Examples include: classroom sessions, internal meetings, and programming and activities organized by HGSE. The background is not suitable for use in meetings outside of Harvard University, conferences, or personal Zoom sessions with family and friends.
